- 1/2 container Maika`i Watermelon
- Feta (or your favorite cheese), to your desire
- Maika`i Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, to your desire

- Add package of Sensei Farms Lana`i Mix to ao large bowl.
- Chop 1/2 a local cucumber into rounds, and slice the rounds into halves. Add to bowl.
- Top with Maika`i Watermelon, Feta, and drizzle Maika`i Balsamic Glaze. Serve.
